Tunnel Kilns & Pusher Furnaces

Pusher Type Hardening / Tempering Furnace

Universal pusher furnace for hardening, tempering & isothermal annealing.

Also known as: Pusher furnace, Universal furnace, Continuous pusher hardening furnace, Isothermal annealing furnace

Pusher Type Hardening / Tempering Furnace

Overview

The Pusher Type Hardening / Tempering Furnace is designed and built by Trimurti Furnace in Nashik, India, for normalising, hardening, stress relieving and isothermal annealing. It is offered with a loading capacity of 2500 kg. Capacity can be changed as per your requirement. Each furnace is engineered to the customer's parts and throughput by Trimurti Furnace Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer since 1991.

Also referred to as a universal furnace — a pusher-type continuous line for normalising, hardening, stress relieving, isothermal annealing and annealing of medium to heavy charges. A hardening furnace, oil quench tanks and an isothermal tempering chamber are linked by pusher tables, transfer tables and overhead tray lifters, so trays move through the whole cycle mechanically.

Engineering Perspective

Fewer moving parts in the line. Fewer things that can break.

The pusher concept is intentionally simple — load in, push through, unload — and the simplicity is the engineering point. No belt to wear, no chains to stretch, no rollers to seize. That's why pusher lines outlast every other continuous design in heavy-charge work.

Why engineers specify it
  • Heavy-duty pusher for 2500 kg charges
  • Five process modes from one machine
  • Designed for 24/7 production environments

Control System

Control & Monitoring

Control & Monitoring02
Real-Time Monitoring

Live temperature, atmosphere, and belt-speed readouts across every zone — with alarms and batch logging.
