Tunnel Kilns & Pusher Furnaces
Mesh Belt Normalising Furnace
Continuous normalising line for fasteners, springs and small forgings.
Also known as: Mesh belt normalizing furnace, Continuous normalising furnace, Normalizing furnace

Overview
The Mesh Belt Normalising Furnace is designed and built by Trimurti Furnace in Nashik, India, for fasteners, springs and small forgings. It is offered with a loading capacity of 3000 – 5000 kg. Capacity can be changed as per your requirement. Each furnace is engineered to the customer's parts and throughput by Trimurti Furnace Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer since 1991.
Continuous mesh-belt normalising furnace with agitation fans for uniform gas and temperature distribution across the load. Engineered for consistent microstructure batch after batch.
Engineering Perspective
Agitation fans are the difference between normalised and 'normalised on one side'.
Without forced circulation, the top of the belt cools faster than the bottom — and your microstructure varies across the load. We size the fans to your charge density, not the other way around, so every part out of the line meets the same spec.
- Forced gas circulation across the load
- 3000 – 5000 kg throughput windows
- Automatic cycle — repeatable from batch to batch
Control System
Control & Monitoring
Live temperature, atmosphere, and belt-speed readouts across every zone — with alarms and batch logging.
Applications
Built for these processes
