Box-Type Tempering Furnace
Chamber tempering furnace paired with hardening lines for full HT cycles.
Also known as: Tempering furnace, Bogie-type tempering furnace, Forced-air tempering furnace

Overview
The Box-Type Tempering Furnace is designed and built by Trimurti Furnace in Nashik, India, for tempering, high- and low-temperature tempering, stress relieving and pre-heating. It is offered with a loading capacity of 100 – 1000 kg and a maximum temperature of 750 °C. Capacity can be changed as per your requirement. Each furnace is engineered to the customer's parts and throughput by Trimurti Furnace Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer since 1991.
Electrically heated, forced-air-circulation tempering furnace and the companion to our hardening lines. A fan at the top moves hot air through the load for uniform temperature through long tempering cycles. Built as a trolley (bogie) type for heavy, manual loading, or as a roller-hearth type that runs automatically in a sealed quench line.
Engineering Perspective
Tempering is what decides if your part shatters or absorbs the blow.
Hardened steel without tempering is brittle. Our forced-convection chamber keeps the load within 10 °C from outside to centre — so the hardness you specified is the hardness across every part in the charge.
- Forced-convection: ±10 °C across the full load
- Long-hold cycles for stress-relief work
- Mates with box-type hardening lines
